Core3d Centres was the first Zirconia milling centre to open in the UK and now we are one of the first to introduce to you Opalite©.

Core3d Centres has been working with other laboratories across the world to develop the translucency of Zirconia so it can be used without any need for porcelain. Opalite© is the first in what will become more and more popular with in the dental industry. Opalite© is an All-Zirconia Crown which means there is no porcelain layer making it stronger and more durable than most crowns.

Opalite© is one of the strongest crowns on the market which is why it is indicated for the posterior region, but strength isn't the only thing Opalite© has to offer. As there is no porcelain layer Opalite© can fit in an occusal reduction as small as 0.7mm. Plus it is developed, and created, by the latest CAD/CAM technology so it is extremely accurate and, as all Zirconia is biocompatible so is Opalite© - Providing a patient with a safe, solution which could last them for life.

The final Opalite© crown is sintered and glazed to create a smooth, plaque resistant surface enhancing the life of the crown and the patients comfort. In the lab we would finish, shade and send the crown to you sintered, so you only need to polish, stain and glaze it.
